Welcome!!!

Hey! Hi! Hello!! Welcome to Fry Another Day! My name is Taryn and I have wanted to be a food blogger since before being a food blogger was a thing. As a child I was forever hosting fake food network shows, cooking for my family, and being incredibly picky. I’m not as picky anymore and my cooking skills have only gotten better. Fry Another Day is a place where you can find easy meals made by normal semi-adults. Caleb, my fiance, and I love eating and trying new recipes. We usually think of something we want to make, look up a few recipes, disregard everything we’ve read, and try to create something new.

We are learning every time we walk into the kitchen. During quarantine, Caleb has learned to make a pan sauce, and I have made my own pesto with basil from my garden! You won’t find fancy gadgets(maybe after our wedding) or impressive knife skills, but you will find genuine love of food and the excitement of serving it to family and friends.

Thank you for stopping by, let us know if you have ideas of food we should try to make, or questions about something. Right now, most recipes do not have actual measurements, but as we go along, I’ll get better at that!! I am very much a dash of this, a little more of that type of cook, and that is not helpful for anyone else!

Hope you are happy and healthy and well fed!

Cheers!

Taryn and Caleb

Hi! We are an engaged couple who live in Kansas City. We love everything about food, from cooking it, to eating it and sharing it with friends. We take turns making things at home and our favorites include fries and pizza! We love to enjoy a nice beer or glass of wine with our food as well.
