One of my favorite combos is chocolate and peanut butter. I had a hankering for something sweet and cold, and we did not have any ice cream. So I invited this magical treat.

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup cashews
1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
I started by melting down the peanut butter (I used creamy jiff) with the powdered sugar and vanilla. This was in a small pan on low heat, stirring constantly! Then mix in the butterscotch chips until they are all melted into the mixture. Then I throw in the cashews and coat completely in the peanut butter mixture.
I poured that mixture into a silicone cupcake dish I had. I did not grease it, but if you have a different type, you might want to. It only holds six cupcakes, so I poured the mixture between the six cups, and it was pretty full!
I was being lazy so I just put some chocolate into the microwave with some milk and stirred it every thirty seconds until it was the consistency I wanted.
Then I drizzle/poured it onto the tops of my peanut butter cups.
I threw them in the freezer and now I have a snack for whenever I’m craving something cold and delicious!!!!!
Yum!
