Making a quick flatbread is one of my favorite dinners, I survived off of them in college. Also, anytime I add spinach to something, it is automatically a health food in my book!

Ingredients:
Garlic flatbread (this one is from Aldi)
1-2 tablespoons Pesto
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
A few shakes red pepper flakes
2 slices of deli ham
Hand full of spinach
Directions:
Lather pesto on flatbread. Add ham, spinach, and mozzarella then sprinkle red pepper flakes all over.
Put in oven or toaster oven at 400 for about 7-10 minutes. (Keep an eye on yours, my oven runs HOT)
