This recipe is small and only makes around 8-10 small pretzels!
2 cups flour
3/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 tsp active yeast
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions: Mix the sugar and water then add the yeast and let it sit for 5 ish minutes until it is foamy/creamy vibes. In another bowl mix the flour, butter and salt.
Combine the two with a fork and then knead together on a floured surface.
You will want to try to roll them into pencil thin rolls and make a pretzel shape, but I suck at it so mine were thicker and weirder. Brush them with a beat egg and add salt! (Add more salt than you want to, not all of it will stick)
To eat we dipped them in cheese and they tasted gooood!!
