Smashed Potatoes

Sometimes you just have to eat a plate of potatoes for dinner!

Ingredients:

5 small red potatoes

1-2 tablespoons Olive oil

4 shakes Salt

3 shakes Pepper

6 shakes or 3 springs fresh chopped Rosemary

3 garlic cloves chopped or 6 shakes of Garlic

4-5 shakes Red Pepper flakes

Directions:

Boil potatoes in a pot of water for roughly 10-15 minutes. Take them out and roll them around in some olive oil with all of your spices. Place them on a baking dish and smash with the bottom of a glass.

Bake on 400 for roughly 10 minutes or until crispy!

For serving I added some shredded cheese and ranch!
